همه‌ى راههائى که غربیها و وابستگان آنها براى «حل مسئله‌ى فلسطین» پیشنهاد کرده و پیموده‌اند، غلط و ناموفق بوده است و در آینده نیز چنین خواهد بود

 راه حل مسئله فلسطین

رژیم صهیونیستى که با به راه انداختن جنگهاى فاجعه‌بار و کشتار مردم و اشغال سرزمینهاى عربى و سازماندهى تروریسم دولتى در منطقه و جهان، دهها سال ترور و جنگ و شرارت به راه انداخته، ملت فلسطین را که براى احقاق حق خود به پا خاسته و مبارزه میکنند، تروریست مینامد و شبکه‌ى رسانه‌هاى متعلق به صهیونیزم و بسیارى از رسانه‌هاى غربى و مزدور نیز با زیر پا گذاشتن تعهّد اخلاقى و رسانه‌اى، این دروغ بزرگ را تکرار میکنند. سردمداران سیاسىِ مدعى حقوق بشر نیز چشم بر این همه جنایت بسته و بدون شرم و پروا، از آن رژیم فاجعه‌آفرین حمایت کرده و در نقش وکیل‌مدافع آن ظاهر میشوند.
سخن ما آن است که فلسطین متعلق به فلسطینى‌ها است و ادامه‌ى اشغال آن، ظلمى بزرگ، تحمل‌ناپذیر و خطرى عمده براى صلح و امنیت جهانى است. همه‌ى راههائى که غربیها و وابستگان آنها براى «حل مسئله‌ى فلسطین» پیشنهاد کرده و پیموده‌اند، غلط و ناموفق بوده است و در آینده نیز چنین خواهد بود. ما راه‌حلى عادلانه و کاملاً دموکراتیک را پیشنهاد کرده‌ایم: همه‌ى فلسطینى‌ها، چه ساکنان کنونى آن، و چه کسانى که به کشورهاى دیگر رانده شده و هویت فلسطینى خود را حفظ کرده‌اند، اعم از مسلمان و مسیحى و یهودى، در یک همه‌پرسىِ عمومى، با نظارتى دقیق و اطمینان‌بخش شرکت کنند و ساختار نظام سیاسى این کشور را انتخاب نمایند و همه‌ى فلسطینیانى که سالها رنج آوارگى را تحمل کرده‌اند، به کشور خود باز گردند و در این همه‌پرسى و سپس تدوین قانون اساسى و انتخابات، شرکت نمایند. آنگاه صلح برقرار خواهد شد.بیانات در شانزدهمین اجلاس سران جنبش عدم تعهد
